Seat count is only half of it. Eight people with eight large suitcases may need a bigger vehicle than eight people with hand luggage. When you ask for a quote, tell us how many suitcases, golf bags, pushchairs or wheelchairs are coming. We’ll match the vehicle to the load before we confirm the price.

For airport pick-ups, we track your flight and move the pick-up time if you land late. You get 45 minutes’ free waiting from the moment you land, then waiting is charged at £25 per hour.

Minibus hire questions
Does minibus hire include a driver?
Yes. Every ABC minibus comes with a driver licensed by Buckinghamshire Council. We don’t offer self-drive minibus rental.
How many people can travel in one vehicle?
We run 6, 8 and 16-seat vehicles, so one booking can carry up to 16 passengers. If your group is bigger, call us and we’ll tell you what we can arrange.
How much does minibus hire cost in Aylesbury?
It depends on the distance, the vehicle size and any waiting time. Airport journeys have fixed fares. For example, Aylesbury to Luton is £70 in a 6-seater, £85 in an 8-seater and £160 in a 16-seater, one way. For any other journey, we give you a fixed price before you book.
Do you charge more at night or at weekends?
No. There’s no night surcharge, no weekend rate and no bank holiday premium. A 3am journey costs the same as a 3pm one.
Can a minibus take our group to the airport?
Yes. We cover Heathrow, Luton, Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham and London City from Aylesbury, with the fixed fares shown above. Airport drop-off and pick-up charges are listed separately.
